It contains the renal corpuscles, the proximal and distal convoluted tubules, and the cortical collecting ducts. HRCEpC provide a useful in vitro model to study a variety of renal diseases and important physiological processes like osmoregulation and excretion.<\/p>\n<p>iXCells Biotechnologies provides high quality HRCEpC, which are isolated from human kidneys and cryopreserved at P1, with &gt;0.5 million cells in each vial. HRCEpC express cytokeratin-18, -19 and vimentin.
