Standard biochemical procedures performed with endothelial cell cultures include RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, and generating cell derivatives for desired research applications. HCtAEC display typical cobblestone with large dark nuclei appearance under light microscopy and express CD31 or VE-Cadherin through immunofluorescence staining or FACS.
